Antalya
Antalya is a picturesque city in southwestern Turkey, located on the Gulf of Antalya on the Mediterranean Sea. It lies in ancient Pamphylia, at the foot of the Taurus Mountains, and serves as the administrative center of Antalya Province. In 2018, it was home to about 1.2 million residents and attracted over 11 million tourists. The city is renowned for the beautiful beaches of the Turkish Riviera, Roman and Byzantine historical sites, and its Mediterranean climate. Spring and autumn are the ideal seasons to visit, with milder temperatures.
