Delayed luggage
All our luggage, 3 of them never arrived at its final destination; we were promised to get them within 24 hours which never happened. There were so much stress and inconvenience with constant phone calls every day. Then we were blamed that we did not register our luggage and as a result, it got lost etc while from our side we did absolutely everything. Two of the luggage we received 4.5 days later and we had to collect it from the airport; it was never delivered to the address as advised at the beginning. The third luggage was never delivered and we were told to collect it in Moscow (transfer city) on our way back which never happened again as it was not ready for us to pick up as promised. We got back home (London) and had to go again through all the paperwork to request the luggage to be sent back home and we had to pay extra for something that Airline failed to deliver at the first place. Very much disappointed and frustrated!! No compensation whatsoever, having troubles making claim with the travel insurance company as they deny paying etc AWFUL experience!!
