All good on time, & hassle free

Highly recommended

Perfect, personal service from this small company. Departing Southampton, as all of the passengers and crew were ready earlier than scheduled boarding time, we were able to travel and therefore arrive ahead of time. I'm sure that was a bonus for any holidaymakers or those returning home. All staff very personable and friendly while still getting on with the job. On return journey, there were issues with fog delaying flights, but I witnessed staff doing all they could to link up passengers with other routes/transport to ensure they didn't miss connecting flights.

let's have more signboards on how to get to your terminal from gatwick airport, keep in mind that there are people who don't travel by plane every day

Mixed review

It is known that the airline is small with limited flights to limited areas. Pros: Great pilots! They seem to be able to fly in most any condition which is a plus, considering the regions they fly. Cons: I had the impression that the ground crew and flight attendants were unhappy, based upon their response to me and their overall attitude.

Re routed to guernsey. Delayed 3 hours at guernsey. Customer service st guernsey shocking. Apparently this happens frequently
