Aerodrom Sofia Airport

The return flight was terrible, filled with horror and panic. Our takeoff was terrifying, we do not know the reason why we experienced horror and fear. Was it because of wind and bad weather that the plane lost control and, after the incident, and the panic, no one came to give us a valid reason for the takeoff. Why did the strong wind cause the flight not to be canceled?? Why do you risk people's lives in bad weather?? Ridiculous irresponsibility and risk-taking, why was the flight not canceled?? The pilot did not introduce himself, the staff was incompetent.. No professionalism and responsibility.. All passengers experienced complete horror and fear! No publicity, no explanation, would there only be publicity if there was an accident?? As your customer for 10 years, do I have the right to answer?? What is the reason for the terrifying takeoff?? Bad weather,, or risk-taking?? Or an irregularity in the plane??
